That's why I laugh when I read political commentary from Eurotrash about how "evil" and "imperialistic" the United States is, when their history is about 1000 times as sordid and gruesome as our own. They'll tell you they've evolved and matured from a conquering mentality and that the world should seek to live as "one" (never mind the fact that most European countries lock down their borders tighter than shaved pussy) but truth is any one of those countries in the EU would love to have superpower status, which is precisely why they formed the European Union in the first place.

Again, they just mad they lost they empires, yo. Maybe if those dumb s waited until transcontinental travel was practical, cheaper, and safer to occupy the likes of India, Africa, and the eastern United States, thus able to reinforce occupying forces much more efficiently and not get face ed by George Washington and Gandhi (lol), they would still have empires today. Sadly for them, their ambitions exceeded their technology (and intelligence).
