les fromages qui puent
I tried to read a bit, and I think he also said the suffles were yummy and you never mix crepes with creme brulee...
But I haven't spoken french in years, tbh, so YMMV...
les fromages qui puent
In addition of what Brazil said, Tony talked about the training camp at the Air Force Academy. Coaches let the players 3 hours in the hands of two instructors who scream at them. They were only allowed to answer in the "Sir , Yes, Sir" mold. During that time they did some military exercises with obstacles and weapons.
Parker said how he was luck to be at the training camp with the same coach, 2 players he's been with for 12 years in Tim and Manu and 2 french players with Boris and Nando. He called that like being in a small paradise. It's an ideal situation for a PG.
For the rest of the show, there were interview with Dikembe Mutembo and Vlade Divac. But, the huge event is for next week, when Tony will have the great honor to have on his show the amazing... wait for it... Vassilis Spanoulis.
oh no!!!!
on serious note they must be friends, saw a vid during Eurobasket where they were hanging out, talking as they were heading to the arena.
Yeah, Parker is quite close to a lot of European players that are born in 1981 or 1982 because they faced each other in youth compe ions. Kirilenko is also in that category.
odeur et transpiration des pieds, tbh
Transpiration is the evaporation of water from the leaves of plants. Moves minerals up, nitrogenous compounds dissolved in the water from the roots so proteins can be produced. At the same time this loss of water leaves stomata open so that carbon fixation via CO2 can take place, and O2 is allowed to leave. Pun intended.
This is perhaps one of the most important biological processes on the face of the earth.
so what does this have to do with the comfort of the omnivore, Tony Parker?
Mutombo wanted to be a surgeon.
Hmmm... stomata... goes great with Cannelloni...
Actually, in french, transpiration means sweating.
one word in two languages, two different meanings, aka "faux ami". Lots of them.
A couple of interesting things Parker said this week:
- He find that Duncan looks great and that he might be even better this season than in the past one.
- Pop had an 1 hour long video session on game 6 few days ago.
While I'm sure it will be tough to watch, hopefully Pop can think of some new situational strategies for late close game management.
I've mentioned it before but each time after those 2 TOs by LeBron we pushed the ball up the court, no need to do that when we have the lead and with only around 50 sec; take time off the clock.
I think it was pretty much nerves playing a role in pushing the ball. Usually the Spurs are good about holding the ball when have the lead with seconds to go.

Tony Parker Show sur RMC à 20h avec Nando de Colo, Céline Dumerc et Corey Maggette !!!! A tout de suite !!!!
FROM FRENCH BY BING TRANSLATOR
Tony Parker Show on RMC at 8 p.m. with Nando of Colo, Celine Dumerc and Corey Maggette! A immediately!
Tony spoke about Boris new aggressiveness and said that Pop playcalling has also changed with it. Against Utah, Pop called about 10 systems for Boris, while eh called in previous years very little plays for him.
Nando just said that he just had to keep working, to stay positive and to stay ready. A NBA season is long and his salutation could change. He dodged questions about his future saying that he was only focused on this year with Spurs.
Maggette is retired for sure and in France taking some vacation.

we all know how Parker's early-season predictions turn out![]()
Tim Duncan was good at the beginning of the pre-season. I don't think his shape has totally disappeared. He's in a shooting slump but it's too early to consider this as a concern.
I appreciated the way Nando responded when he was asked about his playing time and his future. He doesn't seem disappointed and wants to show what he can do when he will gain some minutes.
Much better at ude from Nando this time around. Even if he doesn't really feel this way, it's much better than saying anything in public like last season. He's just got to keep working. Even if he doesn't get a chance on the court, he can still do the work for himself and improve his own game.
