good bye iphone 4s. only thing i dont like about samsung phones is they feel so light and cheap my cousin dropped his from the height of his toilet seat and it cracked the screen (s2)

that sucks..ive dropped mine and its fine...really depends on the way it landed...im sure maybe any phone would have cracked.

newp, may wait past the next gen iPhone too, depends. I got the 4s cause I dropped my 4 for the 100th time and it happened to crack. Besides just generally not liking the way Android phones look, I don't want to reinvest on apps on another platform at this point.

tbh if this was an Apple product everyone would be jumping all over it for not being much of an upgrade, like the 4s. i'm surprised they still haven't caught up to retina pixel density though, it's been almost two years now.

ya it's usually just luck. You can drop it from 5 feet and nothing happens, but sometimes when you accidentally knock it off the coffee table it's toast.

I'm glad as I dropped UVerse, actually. They were great 3 years ago but i got TW Broadband and Directv in March and now pay $60 less/mo.

except this is a different looking phone. No physical buttons due to ICS. Its not like they re-used the template.

If we're comparing the S3 to the S2, it's more of an upgrade than the iPhone 4->4S was. Granted, that's partly because the S2 was behind on the screen (480x800), while the 4 was already a retina by then. However, this upgrade combines hardware upgrades with software, kinda like the 3GS --> 4.

Retina has a higher density than the S3, but the difference between the Nexus and iPhone 4s isn't that bad. Yeah, but I don't know, maybe they're trying to save costs because of the 4.8" screen, lol.

Beastly phone. I'm still happy with my Epic 4g though I don't use the keyboard much anymore. Will keep my eye on this one as an upgrade.

Is there any mention of HDMI out? I just see AllShare.

I'm not COMPLETELY feelin' the look, tbh. I'd like to hold it in my hands before deciding to sell my S2 or not.

I'm hearing about a June release in the US, not sure though.
