What I don't get is I know they had auditors supervise the lottery last year (pretty sure Ernst & Young) and sign off on its legitimacy. I only saw part of the draft this year but didn't see anything about auditors supervising it. Not sure why you'd audit it one year and not the next.

Ever wonder why the the Lakers and the Celtics always played in the Finals in the 1980's.....Id have to think that the playoff games during that era were fixed...I wonder why NO ONE brings that up....you had very good teams... (2 ABA teams) Spurs, Rockets, Mavs, Nuggets, 76ers, Suns, KC Kings.... look at the records of those teams in the 1980's.

Stern was quoted on the best damn sports show (after the Spurs won the le in 2003) "i rather see Lakers Vs Lakers"

Big 4 firms get sued all the time for missing stuff in audits. That doesn't mean they knowingly go along with fraud and deliberately contribute to it. If Ernst got caught participating in fraud, saw it and chose to ignore it issuing a false opinion, they'd face the same fate Arthur Anderson did.

yeah that's it. I'm sure it had nothing to do with the 1980's Celtics and 1980's Lakers being the most stacked teams of all time with 3+ hall of famers on each team. It was teh refs!
