Down by Law? God, I hated that movie. Took a film class elective in college and I had to sit through that boring ass of a movie. What can I say, it's just not for me. I like Broken Flowers a lot though.

I think it's ing hilarious. Top to bottom.

It is VERY slow, though, as are all of Jarmusch's films. Stranger Than Paradise and Dead Man, for instance, make Down by Law look like it's running in fast forward. Jarmusch is my favorite director (or is at least on a very short list), and I've loved all but one of his films, but if I'm not really in the mood to watch them, I'm asleep within fifteen minutes.
