Told you guys, but now Jack is injured, so we can keep Green(he is playing better now).
But Neal should be out of the rotation, he is a cancer, the team was better when he was injured.
Combined for 11 points(5-13 FG, 1-7 from 3pt) 6 rebs, 3 ast in 45 minutes

There are still some people out there that defend his shot selection. The reality is that he no longer is a great fit for this team. I wouldn't mind trying De Colo and/or Patty as the backup PG for the next few games.
Great thread.
Pops already lost his confidence in Neal and is slowly losing it with Green. Your wish might come true once Manu comes back and is good to go.
ima take a dump on gary neal and pop soon, on why kl and green should be given the green light b4 that scrub gary neal...just wait for it
okay here it is, feel my wrath
a player with a limited skillset is expected/force to take a bigger role when his not good at it, yet gary neal is given the green light to do whatever he pleases on the court that he sees no shot he didnt like to attempt
then you have guys like green and KL who were the main focus for their college teams, comes into the nba on a team are force to play a limited role which doesnt utilize their full potential skillset...
i dunno why they are being force to play spot up shooters offensively only, when they can actually do more than that....on some nights u watch them gettin defended by players, and ur tellin me these 2 cant beat the **** of the dribble, ISO 1on1 into the lane for a easy basket? finishing strong has been their weakness, but sometimes in the heat of the moment they will score...
full of potential and varied skillset force to be role player or system player, when we need more than that when certain players on the floor skillset doesnt overlapse or provide us what is needed....
danny green skillset could translate to something like willie green...with better shot selection decision making...
the 2 young players on the team i think there is room for improvement if pop allows them to play more than just system players
Danny mother ing Green !
Jeffy mac has a new piece on Green. In the interest of protecting his intellectual property, I'll just quote one line:
Green’s story, from undrafted, twice-waived journeyman to starting shooting guard on the team with the best record in the NBA, is one of perseverance.

Tells me all I need to know about the quality of research hat went into that article. I wonder if my pal Paranoid Pop thinks Green went undrafted as well.
EDIT: Now after reading it, nothing really sticks out. It seems like a lazy piece to me.

Yeah I know he was drafted, not like you'd let me forget about his fantastic College career.
The Spurs have assigned guard Gary Neal to the Spurs Youth Basketball League to work on his Defense.

Called it 5 months ago. Neal cost us another game
Great call. Those 2 are total crap on defense. Green is the mini Bonner. He'll fail in the playoffs again. And he's on Mason Jr level on fighting on screens on D. He's bball iQ is too low.
I'd rather see Jax starting at 3 and Kawhi at 2 in the Playoffs
Once I saw Green on Conley, I knew the Grizz had the game.
Green should start playing less and Jax more.
green is azz. i'm sorry. he's the 2013 richard jefferson. as long as we're up big, he'll hit shots, but as soon as we really NEED him to hit something(aside from the laker game) he couldn't hit the side of a parked school bus with a beach ball. why are the spurs so loyal. they are the most loyal team i've ever seen. they can see a player not worth anything and still keep him.
green is guaranteed to give up at least 6 or 7 open 3's per game
This is gold
