    Caine's strips are average. Their sauce is what puts them up.

    The best is Chicken Express, and its not even close. Meaty, juicy, without being excessively greasy.

    I'd say Golden Chick is 2nd behind Chicken Express. They are extremely underrated.

    I'll sear bone in chicken breasts because a little char adds flavor and is aesthetically pleasing, but the juiciest chicken I've ever made is by indirect heat on the grill.

    Searing anything does absolutely nothing to keep the juice in. Debunked recently http://www.americastestkitchenfeed.c...in-its-juices/
    The searing is for the sear and caramelization. The off/indirect heat was to retain more moisture.
