I really hope someone asks one of the players or Pop about this after the game.
Since when does Pop or any Spur player acknowledge outside in an interview? Pop would give the reporter for asking it, though.

I'll be happy if no one pulls a Suzie the Waitress on the Spurs.

You can't imagine a situation in which the restaurant was legitimately full, and Parker didn't want to wait around so they left. And when the owner was asked about it via twitter, he saw it as an opportunity to create good will with the locals by posturing that he had told Parker to off. Seems perfectly imaginable to me. Non story.
It could be either and unless Tony takes it personally it doesn't really matter. However, by pandering to the local crowd through the "We don't bluff" stuff, the owner did delegitamized his argument that it was strictly motivated by a full restaurant even if that was the case.

If I were a professional athlete, I would never eat at a restaurant, especially not one in a rival city. What if someone deliberately puts steroids or something in your food to make you test positive?
No , it's gotta be worse than being a cop. I wouldn't go anywhere other than a Chipotle/Subway type place where they don't know you're coming and you watch them prepare your food. Other than that I'm sending the Asian trainer out to get me some takeout under a fake name or some

Since when is twitter considered a court of law, or a place where "arguments" are expected to be legitimate?

Who cares?? I'm sure if a few people here owned a restaurant they'd deny service to certain people (Joey Crawford)

exactly, but why should anyone spend any time obtaining facts before they post, when they can spew mindless kneejerk uninformed reactions?
Right, twitter = facts. It's not like you could say whatever you want on twitter afterwards to cover your ass because of the storm and bad publicity.

HGH is a protein. It'd break down in the stomach so it wouldn't really be much of a concern. But, replace HGH with poo, and you could potentially get some issues that might prevent him from playing a game or two.

Why are they still saying we don't bluff especially after tony Allen bluffed. Why do they just keep lying
Exactly what I was thinking. I read about this we don't bluff thing and it makes no sense. Do they think the rest of the league sees them as not worthy? I guess it's best to stay with the grit, grimy, slime angle.

DAMN YOU MEMPHIS! You gone and pissed off the Frenchman. All he wanted was a burger, how hard is that?
Burger? @ a French restaurant? what are you talking about?
He can easily eat @ McDonalds if he wants a burger, IMO.

He was probably looking for some French menu like escargot, who knows!

He must have missed eating the snails so much Looked around for some French resto.

That, despite the death threat huh!

    On a related note...

If you were a pro athlete, on the road, would you be concerned that your food was being sabotaged?

I don't even like to complain at restaurants because I don't want anyone spitting, spooging, or whatever on my food.

I call BS on the "Our restaurant was full comment." If that's the case the restaurant's twitter account wouldn't have tweeted "We don't bluff."
