The cartoon is like a big cult clussic between me and my friends. Dude has North Carolina blue skin and a green mullet. Who the would design there superhero like that?All I remember is I used to watched Wrestling/WCW at the time Captain Planet was on TNT/TBS where it would always be right before it.
