I think we have a deal. I'll help you to wash your mouth ( is a nasty word), to go through the 5 stages of grief and to properly use the reply with quote option and you will help me with my grammar.
Brazil finally coming around.
I'm your padawan Master
Does everyone hate Splitter in Brazil or they like him no matter what for making it to the league?
Usually Brazilian don't give a about basketball tbh, most of them only know he is playing in the nba, that's about it.
Come on, the series is 2-2. It's a best out of 3 series now. How easy did you think this was going to be? The Spurs are playing the defending champs with the best player in the NBA. They were underdogs coming in with an uphill climb ahead of them, yet so far the series is even. How much more can you expect from them? They lost last night, it's a loss. Forget about it. Pop even said each game is different and plays out in different ways. It's not an easy road getting to the finals but when your team gets there fans should give them even more support. We shouldn't be jumping off at the first sign of trouble, if anything we should double our efforts to stick with them.
Damn French surrendering so easily, LOL. Just like in 1940, tbh.![]()
French are smart tbh, they surrendered and still won the war they even occupied Germany
With loads of help from 'Murica, the Brits, and the British Commonwealth, yes, tbh.
At least you all made Paris an open city and abandoned it so the Eifel Tower, the Arc, etc. weren't razed to the ground, tbh.
Pathetic
suckin got, mentally weak
see, you got the picture... smart guys these frenchies... They have been ed in 1914 getting the most damage, didn't repeat the same mistake. In 40 a German general fell in love of Paris and saved the city, meanwhile a French general made believe the whole world France too won the war![]()
cry me a river gnsf
Didn't watch the game, because I was in line for Superman in IMAX 3D (Great movie!!)
However, going by all the other games I want to bring up the psychological aspect. I remember when Houston would beat us as underdogs. They had a certain amount of confidence. Swagger. I would always finish watching with a Spurs loss, with the idea that the Rockets were y, and it pissed me off. It was as if they knew from the first shot that they were better than the Spurs. Then with the Lakers, same thing. Over the years when the Spurs win the le I would go on the opposing team's forum. They felt the same way I did when my team lost. They would talk about the lack of respect.
Going into this series, the Heat don't have that. Even if they win, they look worried and unsure about their shots. Not saying that this is the reason the Spurs will win. Just that it's why regardless if we lose Game 5, I still feel good about our chances.
FTR I'm pretty sure better posters can talk about: Pop's ability to adjust. The fact that our small ball is better than the Heat's. We won't have that many turnovers in two consecutive games. Miami's big three will not have that good of games consecutively. etc.
Let me help you bumping this thread, Brazil...![]()
Thanks Mate, appreciated tbh
even if I don't get the replies I hoped I'm quite happy. When I get, in the middle of a thread, a "French surrendered in 1940" that's the sign I did work
Not gonna lie, that thought crossed my mind, but then i saw this poor thread struggling, and I figured I'll give an assist instead![]()
