No, he's not.... a healthy, motivated Bible Kemp still lacks any refined skill, especially when it comes to post play.... that was easy to hide in the weak East with Orlando's system, but it will still be exposed in the tough West....

Howard has actually always played better against the West, prior to joining the Lakers, his numbers were always superior against West teams, tbh..
Prior to joining the Lakers, virtually all advanced metrics that gauge value on and off the court had Howard only behind Lebron..a year coming off back surgery, playing with cancerous Kobe and a horrible coach/system doesn't change that, tbh..
His post moves were also advancing and progressing at a nice rate prior to his injury, tbh..
