I assume Ultron will be tied to an infinity gem since it's been stated that the story won't be following the comics, and because of the mid-credits scene in Thor 2.
looking forward to Guardians, but I wish Silver Surfer and Galactus were owned by Disney/Marvel.
Interested to see Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver show up in Avengers 2 and in X-Men... wonder who will have the better interpretation.

More likely SHIELD/Govt takeover with drones; you could see in A1 that the World Council didn't trust the freak show.
And CATWS will be heavily tied to AOU; "this isn't freedom; this is fear"
As for QuickSilver/Wanda; Idont know about Aaron Johnson, but Olsen as Wanda will steal the show; she is a fantastic actress

Good points. He shouldn't be tied to an infinity gem... was only thinking they'd do something like that to keep the connection to Thanos, but I could see the credits scene serving that purpose again, and Guardians focusing on it a bit more.
Previews for Cap2 look promising. Seeing as how IM3 and Thor2 ended, it looks like a coming out of retirement theme would be the beginning of A2.
and I made a mistake... only Quicksilver is in both movies. A2 has Wanda to itself.
I hope they minimize Pepper's role, she already got too many screen time in Avengers and stole one of the better fighting scene from RDJ in Iron Man 3. I mean, if they want a small cameo, sure since he's Tony's main squeeze , but anything more than 2 minutes of screen time is generous.
Not even close. Avengers was really a snore fest, it dragged at times. I thought Dark Knight with Ledger is still the best representation of an actual comic book.
I enjoyed it the first time, but the second time I watched it I skipped the first half and it was way better.

recruiting more characters would only ruin that film imho. Even clint barton doesn't deserve a role in the avengers film, should just keep Ironman, CA, Hulk, Thor and Black Widow (our goddess), and some Shield agents like Nicky Fury and Phil Coulson ( Maria Hill)

just need a giant war sequence again with all the new avengers and that will make the movie imo

Thor) raved about the "bigger and more exciting and crazier" sequel to 2012's "Avengers," Black Widow herself is also speaking out about "Avengers: Age of Ultron," and singing a similar tune.
Scarlett Johansson, who plays the catsuit-clad hero in the series, was promoting her crossover role in "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" when she dropped some details about Whedon's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" script, telling Collider that it ties the entire Marvel universe together in a neat -- and believable -- bow, while still leaving room for the "Avengers" characters to stretch and grow.
"I was just amazed -- Joss is something else, he really is," Johansson told the site. "He locks himself away for God knows how long; I think he has the dark circles to prove it. [He] just came out with something totally solid."

Everything for "Avengers 2" -- we're full steam ahead. We start shooting in three weeks and I'm stunt training and we're good to go. You know, I think it's something that is [laughing] hard to talk about, exactly. You know, trying to skirt around your question exactly [laughs] -- and, you know, doing a poor job of it. But, you know, like I said, everything is exactly on schedule.
So, in other words, everything is going the way it's supposed to go?
