I'm so glad that Pop still thinks about Game 6 every day. UNLIKE Manu, at least Pop doesn't shrug off Game 6 as "so-and-so" or "I'm not fueled by revenge." I never said that they weren't spoiled by success, they may very well have been. You could even go so far as to say they were "content".
But I seriously doubt they were satisfied, they played too hard for that to be the case. There is a great deal of luck involved in winning a championship, ask anyone if you don't believe me. And my rebuttal was not meant to offend you, rather point out some holes in your assessment.
Regardless, if you feel this way about the Spurs, then take your own advice and become a fan of those other teams. I'm sure they will welcome you with open arms. I'll stick with the Spurs, thank you very much!

I error on the side of pessimism because this type of decline happens to all athletes. Manu is starting to exhibit those signs - frequent injuries, declining numbers, loss of quickness, inability to defend. Again, the athlete is usually the last to know.

Belinelli adds another playmaker and not just a shooter (as good as Neal could be at times, he was just a shooter, never looked to attack the basket).

Spurs now have Parker, Manu, Kawhi (more offensive responsibilities), Diaw (new aggressive Diaw), and Belinelli who can make plays off the dribble.
