The weather is a downer in Seattle. When I went up there I was lucky because it only rained 1 day and the other days were all sunny and 70 degrees. Maybe if I went when it rained every day I'd have a different opinion.

Both SF and Seattle are amazing cities thqh. The weather is better in SF and the ability to get around is about equal. They are two awesome places to visit if you like the urban but eccentric lifestyle.
