Busy and boring at work, awesome outside of it... getting ready for the WC and you ?
Same, pretty much except boring outside of work as well.

Cant wait for the WC even though we probably wont win a game tbh.

the randolph, terrence williams and oj mayo trio has been overrated strictly out of fantasy purposes, i doubt anyone ever thought they could win games with one of those, and if there is someone who did, he should be locked in a mental ins ute tbh.

    Nice thread.

    For me:

    1) Dwight Howard (3 point shooters carried him to the Finals and he got all the credit. Poor offensive player. Overrated defensively. Complete knucklehead.)

    2) James Harden (Bad shooter, selfish/isolation player, no defense, not a true PG)

    3) Rajon Rondo (TERRIBLE shooter, arrogant, and a BAD teammate. There's a reason the Celtics can't trade this guy)

    3) Kobe Bryant (Has regressed considerably, yet he's STILL a ballhog and mean to his teammates?)

    4) Steve Nash (For the love of God just retire already. I swear he's lying on his back on the court 90% of the time he even dresses.)

    5) Pau Gasol (He only shoots jump shots now. He doesn't seem to care about trying. Even Mike Dantoni called him out earlier this year.)

    6) Chris Paul (Considered the best PG in the NBA...yet he has accomplished NOTHING. How many more times does Tony Parker or some other PG have to destroy him in the playoffs before the media admits this guy is overrated?)

    7) Carmelo Anthony (Obvious pick, but he's such a ballhog that it's hard not to include him on this list. Oh, and he doesn't play any defense.)

    8) Dirk Nowitzski (Those jump shots finally fell for him in the playoffs 3 years ago, but for the most part, he has seriously regressed. He's very close to being done.)

    9) Zach Randolph (Undersized, and takes too many jump shots, he's definitely not a star, yet everyone thinks of him as one.)

    10) Mike Conley (I like Mike Conley. But he's nowhere close to being in the elite PG discussion, yet every time I hear his name it comes up that he is. Which is utterly ridiculous.)
Harden is not a pg dumbass.

nobody throught paul george was going to be the next big thing, until he broke out....same thing can happen to kawhi if their wasnt 3tosb and a wanker of a coach in his way

kawhi end of this season will have the last laugh, cause he who laughs last....laughs the loudest, he be gone...hopefully the sperms dont match the rfa...fck them for wasting him like how they waste duncans last 7seasons....

kawhi too good to be held back and playing behind 3tosb, and the fkn chuckers on the team....
Yeah those old guys are the reason the Spurs have quite a few of those rings and keep getting far every year. When they are gone he can shine but there will be no more deep playoff runs without those three you called tired. I think they can stick around all they want because when they are gone the Spurs runs are gone until the next guy we luck out and draft comes in.

Kawhi I hope gets more touches though and continues to develop further.
Harden is not a pg dumbass.
Yep, I said that to him earlier on in this thread

Harden, Ibaka and Griffin are obvious mentions in the newer fold of players. Especially Harden who heavily relies on flopping and favorable officiating to get about 10 trips to the line per game. Ibaka is just not as good as many make him out to be and Griffin doesn't play defense despite his athletic ability to challenge anybody his size.

Seeing his name being popped up as a dark horse for MVP, just seeing that made me think overrated.

yet you gave a max to coward... blake griffin was the first big piece that keyed the Clippers turnaround. that team is average or below in 3 of their 5 starting positions and they've had a bottom 3 coach in blake's tenure before this season.

Forget to put in Josh Smith, too. The whole Atlanta Hawks team for that matter. They were given credit for being in the mix every year... no it's the east and someone had to be in the 5-8 spot. They never had any chance, and it started with the 3 point chucking overrated defender Josh Smith.

Clippers didn't make the playoffs until Chris Paul got there, so he was actually the key piece to the turnaround. And Howard was worth the max, what other options did they have?

Leonard is absolutely overrated. So was Blair, Neal and George ing Hill. Players in the Spurs system get a lot of wins, so their participation makes them appear to be solid. Put them in a system where they are leaned on more heavily to produce themselves and you quickly see they are below average bench players. Leonard seems to have the potential, he's had good games, but outside of his gimpy hands and his shyness, he's just another mental case trying to fit in, and Spurs fans prefer to think the glass is half full instead of realizing there is no glass.

At least Blake's made the playoffs, unlike Kevin "Empty Stats" Love, who most casual NBA fans think is better than him

If you want to see what a pussy big man looks like, take a look at your own team's center.... Dwight is one of the league's biggest pussies by far, tbh....

Blake is one of the most underrated players in the league, people's criticism is still based on ESPN highlight reels that only show his dunks and how he played in his rookie year before he started to refine his skills.... he is statistically the second-best post scorer in the league so far this year only behind Dirk, but people still say he has "no post game"... he also has always been very good at passing for a big, is improving his jumper and getting better at the free throw line, and in CP3's absence, he's taken on the alpha role with no noticeable dip in the team's offensive production, yet he's written off as a one-dimensional scrub by the average NBA fan....

To be fair, Paul doesn't go there without Stern slapping Fredo

Partially true, although Fredo's trade proposal helped.... still though, the Clippers aren't even on CP3's list of destinations without Blake already there....

they weren't going to get CP3 if it wasn't for Blake tbh. he's the one that energized the franchise and started the turnaround. of course the chris paul trade made them a top 5 WC team, but i think blake deserves the contract he got. he's still improving too, at least offensively. he leaves a lot to be desired defensively, but at least he's strong on the boards
