Damn, I was voting for a backcourt of Kobe + with Bill Ayers the starting C.

Tim and/or Enrique might be picked as reserves. LMA and Lillard for the Blazers...
He's been good this year, his popularity took a major hit after the Orlando and Lakers debacle. Winning cures all though, so he'll get plenty of love afther this season.
No doubt, I also feel Dwight deserves it over Love. I mean, it's the freaking ASG, I honestly want to see the best and most entertaining players on the floor.
Anyway, it's funny how Curry has a million votes. I really find that hard to believe
all star starters are just fans choices so you saw the likes of Yao getting elected-in year after year. All-star reserves are picked by coaches and hence are more accredited imho.

Starters - players, coaches and GMs vote
Reserves - Free-for-all for the s aka common people vote
I've got no problem with Love over LA. Both are stat padders but LA happens to be on a better team.
The real joke is Irving. Never seen someone just barely above average get so much attention.
The sad part is someone like Kyle Lowry won't make it even though he clearly deserves it.

It's a sham that Aldridge isn't starting. But that's what happens with fan voting.
Agreed. Despite everybodys homerism on this board, Aldridge has been balling and the TrailBlazers have been a huge suprise this season. If anybody is deserving of a starting forward spot in the West, it's Aldridge.
Side note: now it's looking more and more likely that Parker may not make the ASG, considering the pool of talent at the guard spot

Ellis
Conley
Lawson
Not gonna count Westbrook, considering injury, but damn the West is stacked with quality players that could potentially have a case for making the ASG for the 1st time

Kobe with another undeserved all-star selection to pad his resume.
Must be amazing making the all-stars with 6 games played while averaging 14 PPG/4 REB/6 AST and 6 TOV on 42% shooting.
What I don't understand is that they obviously don't have any problem with changing with the voting system. They've been ing with it for years now.
For some reason, though, they just refuse to do anything to actually fix it.
That's a sad list aside from a couple of names.
