People don't want to see Duncan as a typical professional athlete (or man, really) who'd just have a casual affair with someone. They want him to live up to their pristine, conservative expectations.

Personally, I'm just glad he's not paying someone like Harden is, whipping out his junk in front of porn stars like Howard or doing whatever the Paul George has been doing recently.
