I'm not a fan of Westbrook, however his attacking mentality is their only hope. They aren't going to win by having KD shoot threes the entire series. He has to take a leadership position, regardless who the best player is. You see Manu do it all the time with other players.
He is fantastic. But he can't maintain controlled intensity.
He is not a leader, right now in his career anyways.

Not close to Manu in temperament.

If the thunder go on to lose, I see the coach getting canned and Westbrook traded.

People tend to bicker with people who you like the most. I don't think anything about it. Spurs need to play even better Sunday because Durrant and Russ are going to be a whole lot better at home
Yep, they will be ready, that team is not going to just implode or go away like we all hope they would just do. That will be a very tough game.

KD didn't strike me that way at all. Durant usually sounds a bit like Duncan at the podium and last night he was getting salty (by his mild mannered standards at least) with a reporter suggesting that the Thunder weren't moving the ball in the second half. WB kept that eating grin on the entire time but even that seemed a little strained at times. The thing that stood out to me was Scott Brooks coming back to "3 free throws in the last 3 quarters" a couple of times. Pretty sure he's banking on that trend reversing in OKC.
I didn't watch the postgame interviews but from what I read on realgm, here etc...people were saying the same thing, that Durant was defensive and Westbrook was answering things with a y, nervous laughter. It's pretty obvious that Brooks is just relying on the refs as usual, figuring that is still their best lineup (8 vs 5).

I'm sure they'll get tons of bs calls and probably blow us out one of the games. As long as the Spurs can stay healthy as possible and pull off one win in OKC, I think the Spurs can end it possibly in 5.

The Thunder need a different gameplan entirely, from the top to bottom. They need Westbrook to act more like a PG and get a Harden-like scorer to be paired with KD if they ever want a chance to ring. A new coach might be helpful, too.
