If SA did this on purpose why not do it last year? Series tied 1-1 and coming to SA is perfect to "rig" the game. Why wait until now? It isn't like the Spurs can't beat Miami straight up.
Even if the Spurs did do it, who gives a ? They have home court advantageous. Crank up the temperature in Game 2 for all I care if the Heat can't handle it.

Spurs should turn up the heat in game 2 as well. Maybe not as extreme as game 1. But getting Lebron tired is key.
