what 2014 championship gear are you going to buy

Just got me the white locker room shirt, parade shirt, towel & hat... they didn't have a whole lot in the NYC store, tbh...

The old store in 50th street used to have a lot more...

I last visited back in January, and they hardly had ANY Spurs gear at all (despite being in the finals the year before). Seemed like it was loaded with Thunder and Clippers merch though. Gave up looking in the end - thought ' this', and just left. Doesn't surprise me at all that they didn't have much Championship merch, doesn't seem up-to-date at all in there. Very basic.

Are they still renovating the other store at 50th? That place was awesome. Got my Ginobili jersey from there back in '07, had stackloads to choose from downstairs.

The new store is pretty embarrasing, tbh. Maybe they couldn't afford the rent on the other location, it's been closed for an age. I'm with you though, probably won't bother heading back there anytime soon.

I went last July and you COULD NOT FIND a single Spurs thing, they had hats for every team and the only team missing was the Spurs. They had a couple spurs jerseys hung up but they were hiding. There was more Twolves and Kings stuff than Spurs stuff, it goes to show though just how low-key the Spurs are.

I also got the official locker room shirt at Academy the night of the championship and a "Keep Calm and Want Some Nasty" shirt at a shirt stand on I-10 and West.

Remember th0se Game of Zones videos? I thought it would be cool to have a shirt made up with the Big 4 looking like old zombies from the video so I contacted the guy who did the parodies via You Tube. He liked the idea and may follow up with a shirt available through Bleacher Report. I don't know what the market would be but I'm in for one for all my kids and grandkids.
