I respectfully disagree, a woman doesnt deserve half of your even after 40 years. Actually, its not even half now a days, it's more like just about everything.
Most often they really don't work that well.
I told a young co-worker from Bangladesh that if you get married and divorced here the wife gets half.
He looked at me like I was from another planet. His exact words were "why would ANYONE get married?"

If you're rich, you might as well just divorce once she hits 30. She takes half of a lesser pie than divorcing her at 45 would yield and all her good years have been used up by 30 anyways tbh.
