Shaq is declining and $20 mil for how many years? Miami has about a 1-2 year window to get to the finals, then forget it.

Yeah but Walker is a scoring machine along with Jason Williams. The offense will revolve around Shaq and Wade and the other players will feed off them. SVG won't let Walker and J. Williams dictate the offense.

The Heat are just like the 2004 Lakers, but Wade is not Kobe and Walker is half the player Malone was. The only one a little better is Williams than Payton but Derek Fisher was a lot better than any sub they will get.
Why the 2006 Heat will succeed where a more powerful Laker team failed?
    To sum up: Heat 2006<Lakers 2004<Pistons 2004-05<Spurs 2005-06

If Malone was healthy that Laker team was unbeatable. They beat your spurs by the way so that proves how good they are with a healthy team. The same with the Heat. Shaq only loses because someone screwed up and became selfish or a major injury takes them out. Shaq is supposed to win every year with the dominance he has on every team he plays.

The only point I'm making about this is:

    Shaq - 13 seasons = 3 rings
    Duncan - 8 seasons = 3 rings

So what's his excuse for not winning every year? Hangnails? Bad hair days?

Why did the spurs get owned by the lakers last year than. This is no regular offensive team that relies on perimeter shooting. This is a Shaq team. There is no answer for a Shaq team.
You are right...signed 2004 Detroit Pistons.

But if shaq is so dominant....why didn't they win the le in 04? Why did the Spurs knock them out, the 3-time defending champs, in 03?

Oh and the Lakers didn't own the Spurs last year, the Spurs beat them 4-0 in the season series.

The Lakers probably did, probably didn't...

I'm not going to come up with an excuse like your sorry ass... that'd make me look very bad, something you haven't realized you are doing.

Does anyone else think this bandwagoner is making the real miami heat fans look bad?

I know he isn't making the other bandwagoners look bad, they already do .

SAS knows his . He knows never to bet against Shaq. That guy is unstoppable and whatever team he is on has the Shaq court advantage. Mohammad can't stop him.
Where do you get HeatChamps from, dumbass? Unstoppable means nobody can stop him, which also means there is no way they can lose...so what happened, head? Those MF's need to reach the Finals before you can talk . Fat Ass Shack...Duncan will kick him so hard, he'll wear his ass for a hat.

i agree, but the heat picked up two of the most selfish players in the league. that does not bode well for team chemistry, unless of course you are looking for an explosion

Hey Heat, the Detroit Pistons called. They said they want their slippers to be set next to the shower when they get out and they want the fluffy robe this time. And you better have the lawn mowed this week !

They will also be having the waffles served with eggs prepared sunny-side up. No, that won't be all. They will also be expecting guests later so you better find your red jackets and be prepared to park some nice cars.

    That's it.

I think HeatChumps is SAS. This guys is very stupid or doing a good job at acting like he's stupid. Either way, he's stupid. The guy has no room to talk. The Spurs won. Period! No point in saying,"if this would have," or "if that doesn't happen." If that were the case, Spurs fans can say "if the clock would have started at the right time, .4 never happens and the Spurs go on to win the NBA Championship." However, there is no point you freak. Get over it and change your user name. The Heat aren't champs. Never will be. I am also wondering when you became a fan of the Heat. Could it have been when Shaq went over there like everyone else?

Actually no one can stop Shaq--as long as the refs allow him to bulldoze over defensive players or put his left hand on them to hold them in place when he goes up.

I've never seen a player get such blatant favoritism from the refs on obvious fouls. Must be a league policy to keep the superstar shining.

Most superstars over the years haven't needed the refs to help them shine or keep them in the game.
