A) Not quite one on one, Russia was in a middle of a civil war, when the aggressor Poland attacked, hoping to take some territory, while it was distracted, it was more of a border skirmish than an all out war. So what if Russia lost one insignificant border skirmish in history against scrub Poland, only Polacks care, the rest of the world doesn't. The world does remember who won the greatest war in history, WWII and it wasn't ing Poland!!
