Because Manu and Glenn both use diapers, and Tony is 2 days from start using them 2.

By the way, Tiago and Green sucks ass.

Manu sucked but he is what 37 years old how about Green he can't even get on the court cause he can not dribble the ball. NBA and you can't play cause you can't keep your dribble alive........

the fear in Bonners eyes when he got that pass late in the game at the 3 pt line. He couldn't get rid of it fast enough. Dude is garbage.

Manu was arguably the best Spurs player for a 3 year stretch but what we are seeing now is a man who needs to hang it up. I hate to see the end come for him but he is 25% the player he used to be. As someone else said, he's making stupid fouls, misses free throws at an alarming rate, causes careless turnovers and just can't move anymore. It happens to the best. He always gives you everything he has but someone needs to save him from himself at this point.

He's good for an occasional great game but its too few nowadays. Let's hope he goes out on top as a Champion.

I'm a huge Manu homer, but I think you may be right.

    you think?

I said before, he has about 4 bad games for every decent one nowadays. Is it worth the trade off at this point, especially in the playoffs?

It's pretty bad when I wouldn't mind Beli getting his minutes.

He doesn't have that big of a role anymore anyways. He played, what, 20 mins today? IMO, things have been magnified because Tony has been brutal, tbh, and they're basically the only two ball handlers we have.

Plus Gino really stepped up his game last season when Tony was poor or missing. Peeps might say they don't have a lot of expectations about Gino, but it's not really true. He's one guy that always showed up when needed.

It's also just as true that it hasn't really happened for him this series so far. Maybe it will, maybe it won't.

Beli has actually been good this series. I wouldn't mind him getting some of Gino's minutes, tbh... especially if Pop does want to have a quick hook with him.

Beli is not as bad a defender one on one as people make him out to be. He plays balls out on it. It's his help defense and rotations that he's always out of position.

Beli could have taken Manu's spot but his D was horrendous. Manu is up and down, but he played great D on JJ. Beli was losing JJ on all the screens. D requires Spurs to play Manu and Green with most of the minutes unless Beli is on fire.

I don't know why he's gotten a free pass all season, along with Splitter, while Parker has been ripped to shreds, Diaw, Mills and Belinelli have taken heat and Duncan and Green, two of the only three of the eight that truly matter, that have had good seasons, are inexplicably nit picked.

Ginobili looks mentally spent. He's had his share of insane plays and bouts of inconsistency, but never a stretch this long that wasn't due to injury. I see a guy who's had enough and wants to retire, unlike Duncan. I always thought they'd retire together, but it's starting to look like that might not be the case.

Because he had a brilliant season last year, and so it makes sense the Spurs will roll with him, even though it's it's undeniable that at 37, for a guard, it's very, very difficult.

The thing with Tony, IMO, it's the outlook on that extension, and the fact that he's our starting PG. Gino comes off the books at the end of this season, and they might mutually agree to another year or not, but we're talking about a calculated amount of potential damage. I love Tony, but you legitimately have to ask if is he'll ever be that guy again? Also, agree with Darrin, tbh, the trolling was outta control.

He does, but it's gone overboard. He played like too, but at least I can't question his effort/focus in this game, unlike Ginobili and Splitter . . . yet all I see on the board is constant Parker threads and very little about the other two. The former checked out about four months ago, the latter has had a whole month this season where he's shown up.

ElNono, my problem with him isn't age related decline, it's a lack of effort/focus, coupled with the free pass he gets for it.

hack a jordan just ruining his offensive rythm making him more reckless on both end of the pitch
Tony was still worse today overall...at least gino can turn it off and on. TP's confidence looks severly bruised

just abort hack a jordan immediatly, it is more detrimental to our team than anyone else.
