After seeing only 6 minutes in Game 4, Beli was pretty cold-blooded last night. We need to see more of him during the cold 2nd & 3rd quarter stretches
He absolutely hit some huge shots to keep it close. One three I remember tied us up at 85-85. He was calm, cool and collected and I loved that . This whole game I felt like the Spurs were doomed. I felt like everytime the Clippers had the ball they would score and that the Spurs were struggling but they pulled that out.

I think we just call that a regular old Tuesday.![]()
If in some strange universe, Doc decided to start his son, I'd be all for Marco starting and have Green / Kawhi stagger a bit more.
I would say from FIAT to Alfa Romeo tbh
Belli is getting back some of that swagger he had with the Bulls.
Peja Stojakovic-esque tbh.
Marco is on this team for offensive purposes. Period. Folks who get upset with him because he is not a good defender are expecting more from him that what he was brought in to do.
Not only is he cold-blooded as a three point shooter, but he cuts as well or better than anyone else on the team, and he handles the ball well. That is his value to us and he has shone it in these playoff games.
Bingo. It's a tradeoff. In this series, he's given us good offense, and generally little trouble defensively. So you use him. Same against Portland last playoffs.
Bailed that got Leonard out last night, that's for sure.
