Alot of bad decisions by the Grizzlies.
They hoped Xavier Henry would be the answer but he sucked.
They had Wayne Ellington who shot the ball well from 3 for the Grizzlies, but traded him away in that stupid Speights-Ellington for Leuer deal which will go down as the 2nd worst trade in Grizzlies history (with the Otis Thorpe trade being the worst).
They were hoping Vince Carter would solve the problem this season, but that hasn't happened.
They could of had Steph Curry or James Harden, but chose the biggest bust in NBA history in Hasheem Thabeet.
They could of had Draymond Green, who is a better fit for the Grizzlies, but instead chose the worst shooter in the draft in Tony Wroten after a season when they shot 32% from 3.
The traded for Nick Calathes despite being a horrible shooter overseas (although he was a good shooter at Florida).
I will give them credit. They did try to get Ray Allen, but he wanted to play with LeBron (good decision by him).

The Grizzlies' terrible drafting has really hurt tbh.
I haven't seen all of the free agent list yet, but I am a Danny Green fan and hope the Grizzlies pursue him.
