If I say it's only bitterness I'd lying. All those meetings, second meetings, the kobe 'didn't gel' made it clear. Aldridge is a primadonna. But I've read several articles, comments and twits about him being a smart guy. Probably he will figure quickly the spurs have a different phylosophy and will adapt to it. Or he will ask o be traded after the end of the first season in SAS.

    Pathetic hit-piece in many ways.

And btw this is only a positive thing since it means he'll be cooperative and understanding whenever Pop is super careful and rest/sit him.

If there was a nick, a bump, or a bruise, Aldridge always wanted an MRI, prompting one former staffer to quip it was a good thing owner Paul Allen was rich enough to cover the frequent expense.
Until this season, when he postponed a surgery on his non-shooting hand to help the Blazers make a playoff push, Aldridge was constantly looking for a reason to sit out games, particularly if it was after his status as an All-Star had been cemented that season.

There is no mileage tax, that's a pilot program for maybe 500 people.
A pilot program is something you do before you use it everywhere. every story regarding this tax indicates that Oregon fully plans to implement this tax state wide.

And you don't live here. Next question, as it's not happening.

    Per the biased article:

"If there was a nick, a bump, or a bruise, Aldridge always wanted an MRI, prompting one former staffer to quip it was a good thing owner Paul Allen was rich enough to cover the frequent expense."

If that's true looks like ST posters will get a kick now that TP and LMA will be the best of buddies.
Considering the terrifying history of the Blazers medical staff, I would too, Christ. They're like the ing anti-Suns.

the Spurs have probably been interested in Aldridge for a long time, I'm sure they did a ton of homework in every facet, including personality..

It's 2015, there are leaks everywhere, everybody knows everything, if Aldridge is a problem, everybody would know it..
You make it sounds like the Spurs would never sign a cancer player while they have Parker running the point for about 15 years now.

Parker isn't a cancer, he's just a victim of Father Time, like many before him..

    Did I read this right?

So now Aldridge making his teammates wait for 10 minutes on the bus somehow insinuates that he is a bad teammate? Dude probably had to take a ....

Oh my GOD! Everyone back up the truck and pack your up. Aldridge made the team wait FIVE MINUTES on the bus one time. And that GOT had the audacity to actually listen to music too.

    Clearly a confirmed cancer. -_-

Someone cherry picked some stories that came out to fit the narrative for Spurs fans who had to wait 48 hours for a free agent decision that Lamarcus reportedly had made several days before free agency started. Lamarcus will get all the credit and all the praise he wants in San Antonio just for being one of the guys and playing smart, winning basketball.

He signed here knowing that Leonard is the highest paid guy and so I think it is safe to assume that he is at least somewhat putting his ego aside so that he can taste some success in the post season. Regardless though he will either get with the program or he'll get shipped out.

Also, if Paul Allen owns the goddamn team, why would you NOT get an MRI for any kind of problem? , if you own an NBA team, don't you MRI all the time? I would.
