Damn, Carlito is really thirsty for that Robert Upchuck guy to make the team, tbh.
Agreed. B Scott said he'll have to earn his keep. If he starts, it means he is our best option at PG.
I'm interested in seeing our guard play. They all seem interchangeable. I do think Williams and Clarkson will add a speed element we haven't seen since NVE and (rookie) Kobe.

He could start for the Clippers right now!![]()
I don't do ELE. How many games do you think the Lakers will win?
You gimp
i don't see how they can be better than minnesota and boston..
As long as Kirby doesn't ring...
...LMA too. tee, hee.
No cheap asset the Lakers have acquired can be really be used as a trade chip going forward.
Hibbert is on a one year contract, and plays a style of game that is behind the times. It's why the Pacers had no problem letting him go.
Brandon Bass is on the downside of his career. He was a net negative player this season.
I guess Lou Williams can be used as an asset, but I think he's in the Lakers "4 year plan." And even if he would be used a trade piece, you won't get much for an undersized SG who shoots 40%.
The Lakers should be stacking lotto picks, like the Thunder and Wiz did once-upon-a-time.
Maybe, but regardless, they're going to be an 11th+ seed..
Yes it is. I hate LA but solid pick up there.
Lou is cheap. 6MOTY may not mean much but if JR Smith can get a team like Cleveland's attention, I have no doubt Williams too.
Hibbert is a huge expiring. Expirings could always serve as valuable "Get of Jail Card" in trade deadlines.
You need to build both in draft and acquiring assets through free agency. I just don't support "tanking" this year given the fact the Lakers could lose it. I'd rather see a positive wheel in motion and see how far it takes them.
you guys still live in the early 2000s.. expirings have little to no value today as you could find out by how none wanted pau's expiring
Catch on Philopino.
