cubes is a great owner dont get me wrong but Thread is right he is hardly called out for his foibles. He tinkers to damn much. Talks to the media to much and it was he that led this latest round of overspending by stealing Parsons with a poison pill type contract. He broke up a contender but only a few memeber of the local media and hardly NONE of the national ever call him on it. But yet my boy Jerry Jones (let alone Jim Buss) gets every misstep treated as though they have Forest Gump level of IQ.

CN is right his team wont be better in the short run sans Deandre but he is right long term it might be best if he left. Clips have a rich owner and although overrated a coach respected by players and more importantly the media loves him and overlooks his missteps more than Cuban. IF Clips moved the team to right place this could be one of the best franchises around with two stars still in or near their primes even if DJ left. Plus they would have cap space next year ...
All that being said adding Pierce to a team that beat the Spurs if they keep Deandre is deadly. And they wont go to small because they arent sitting duncan and Aldridge in big moments of the playoffs ...
