The problem isn't what color they are its the lack of marketable skills they have which will lead to poor integration and religious extremism.

That and the fact you can't house these asylum seekers anywhere in the eastern part of Germany.So all these people have to be squeezed into West Germany.

Its a dilemma though because German police are useless and dont enforce laws much so when neighborhoods get overrun with poor migrants they tend to go downhill fast.My friend lived in an apt. In Offenbach(across river from Frankfurt) and some poor Turkish families moved in and they started subtly and not so subtly forcing the ethnic Germans out.They would wipe feces on his door and door handle,leave trash piled in front of his door etc.

Germany has basically given up on cities like this that have been overrun by a mix of poor Turkish and Eastern European migrants.Hoescht another city just north of Frankfurt,you walk I to shops in the main shopping zone and barely anyone speaks German.

There is absolutely a genetic component to behavior and also partly cultural. It's a lot more than simply "skin color." Race is a lot more than that. You "integrate" these people and you won't be German anymore, you'll be mutts. That's what people don't want besides the crime aspect and economic impact.
