If one were to describe Boban in one word that would be it. All he does looks legit and real. From pumping his fist every time a teammate makes a shot to worry when some of the guys hit the floor.

BTW I remember the game in Minnesota I think where the crowd reacted when Boban went to the line cuz they were winning ice cream or some if he missed both his FTs. It's not just the Spurs crowd who's reacting to the stereotype.

Pop is just being a diva, the fans did nothing besides cheering for their favorite player. Is Byron Scott complaining about fans cheering for Kirby despite being the most inefficient player in the league when the Lakers are actually a traveling circus & Kobe is the clown?
Soccer players of African origins being taunted in Europe would love to be in the same situation as Boban.
What the does Pop want us to do? Golf clap? Sip our drinks and read text messages? Leave the game early before the parking lot gets crowded? Sheesh.
The Spurs are amazing, but sometimes even watching an artist perform at the highest level can be boring. Who hasn't snoozed at a symphony or ballet? When Boban comes in, all the rules and conventions change. The spacing changes. The sets change. The other teams begin to scramble. Players who are used to banging in the paint and having their space start getting pushed around like dolls by Boban. The only players I've seen that affect the game in the style Boban does are Yao and Shaq. He is FUN to watch because his game is so different, and honestly it reflects poorly on Pop that he thinks it's because of Boban's looks.
Oh but yeah the MVP chant is too much, lol.

Big Dummy, EVERY PLAYER gets taunted but not every taunt has a racist connotation to it. The go to taunt for ANY player of African origin in Eastern Europe is throwing bananas/monkey chants. The equivalent of that would be depicting EVERY white player as Neanderthals which actually is genetically valid unlike linking human to monkeys which is scientifically invalid.
