So much agenda in this post. You may prove to be right in the end and I cannot say you are wrong here at this time. But way to early to make definitive judgments on either guy or to argue Nance who is playing better than either will be better. Wont argue the advanced stuff by my eye test says both guys have shown flashes. Nance is 2-3 years older and more mature physically and mentally than either guy. Comparing a 3 year college starter to two one and done guys makes little sense. Everyone knew that Druss/Randle are not Lebron or even anthony Davis level talents that would succeed immediately. I will say both have been mildly disappointing but to call either busts is pre-mature. Overall I think they are what I thought ... talented prospects that need development time. If randle come back next year without an improved jumper and/or string right hand move and if Russell is still unsure of how to take over the team sans Kobe ...then i will be concerned.

Relax, Raven we suck, are poorly coached and poorly managed. Tough to evaluate these guys in that climate. heck even Oak is at least getting solid coaching ...
well, in 2-3 years you will have to pay randle already. He'll have a though time developing a jumper considering he is being challenged to shoot it from the top of the key and he doesn't even try anymore... He's also pretty stupid as an individual, i believe you already found that out. now bust is a fairly flexible term, how do you define a bust? you can lower the standards as much as you want, what you can't do though, is say that he was a good pick.

No I dont need to lower anything he is a first round mid lottery pick. He was not drafted first overall he was drafted 7th. the guys after him you mentioned in another post are probably a good comparison but again many of them have played in over 100 games Randle has not played in half of that, is not starting and is part of a flawed roster. Again to early to say he was a good pick or a bad one. Like I said a bit disappointing so far is fair considering injury and his hype coming out of HS at a top 3 recruit ...but no he is not a bad pick for where he got chosen ... we did not pick him over Wiggins for example, Exum Jabri, embid and Randle all have had significant injuries. None can be judged fairly at this point. Health wise Randle looks the most healthy as I type this ...and those guys were all taking before Julius.

Killa, I mean, if your expectations aren't that a team should not whiff with a lottery pick, then what is the point of having expectations at all? Seems like a massive cop out to say "it's not like it was the top pick". When you're in the top 10, you should not be whiffing

I didnt say whiff i said since all 3 have less than even 42 games ...to early to say. Idgaf if you Raven and plenty of others that are wishing for them to fail are using whiff and bust prematurely ...i wont agree until at least this time next year...so you can save any posts on the matter directed to me ...

Hope you have a great 2016, deeps as long as Spurs dont ring.

Three game winning streak and they've got to face the Warriors tonight.

Lol can you please at least let the Lakers have a 5-game winning streak before they get crushed by the Dubs

probably sore stretching his neck around the corner watching Kirby jerkin' it in the shower, throwing his shoulder out

Tuesday night against the defending champion Golden State Warriors, and for the third straight game, Kobe Bryant will be sitting out for the Lakers due to a sore shoulder.

This time, he will be joined on the bench by rookie point guard D'Angelo Russell, who is battling a sore throat.

Goddamn that Lakers team is a sloppy mess. Each rebound they get, no passes, someone goes full court and either turns the ball over or air balls. It's comical. It's damn near scripted. Huertas did another drive into the paint, jump and basically someone just took the ball from him mid shot lol
