Do not want

He's on a 2 year deal with an option after 1. That means year 1 he's in defer mode with no impetus to lead.
He ran from pressure. All that other he said was just smoke and mirrors. He wanted a place to be successful without being relied upon.
It's just like all the cool kids on the playground getting together and ganging up on the regular kids!
There is only one basketball and the team will not have any role players. I expect failure and will love seeing failure.
Today's NBA is terrible. How hard would it be to be a fan of a team where nobody wants to play?
Maybe ask a Mavs fan?
You know the nba is ed when different nba forums you usually visit crashthis is golden to read, all that salt being passed around
I wonder if OKC will sign and trade him to GSW so that the Warriors have his Bird Rights. Because if they do, Golden State can go over the cap to keep Ezeli (his cap hold is small enough to fit Durant in right now without renouncing Ezeli). But if they don't sign & trade Durant the Warriors will have to have $36 million in capspace to sign his new deal next summer. Which means either Iguodala stays at $8-$10 million or so or they have to renounce him next summer. And they can't afford to bring back Ezeli this summer since he'd eat into the capspace they'd need for Durant.
I'm guessing they'll grant the sign and trade to transfer the Bird Rights though. Even Cleveland did it when LeBron left to Miami.
Ray Allen could to the Warriors... the amount of outside shooting would be too much
I wouldnt be mad if David West would want to sign with the Dubs
Jerry West closed the ing deal. He called Durant and told him how his ty 1-8 Finals record haunts him to this day.
this is a beta move but durant will be the warriors best player in the playoffs and finals
Not sure. Both Curry and Durant are chokers. Green could be the MVP.
Wouldn't be surprised if Nike had a big influence with Durant's decision
That would really scare any superstar to collude with other superstars so that they don't end up with that kind of a record. His Finals futility is a great marketing tool as an executive.
Reunited with his twin Mo Speights
Iguodala knew a couple of days ago
