Thanks for your Greatness and Loyalty..
Enjoy your retirement GOAT. No one deserves it more.
Thank you for the memories. The game won't be the same without your presence.
Thanks for your Greatness and Loyalty..
Thank you Tim.
ing thank you.
For everything.
Thanks for everything, Timmy D. It was an honor and a privilege to watch the greatest power forward ever play the game for nearly two decades. You are and will always be the greatest Spur ever.
Been an amazing, amazing ride. Wish it wasn't over, but we were lucky to have him as long as we did.
Or if you're PC, then:
Had to happen eventually. I was hoping it would be when he was 80. You're the best Tim.
I was a teenager watching Tim bring our first chip. Now I have teenagers who enjoyed Father's Day with me in 2014. It's so weird. I've never shared the same idol spanning decades with someone. But my kids understand Tim's greatness. Thanks Timmy Duncan!!
"Nineteen seasons. Five rings. One team."
I know I may be biased and these things can be argued, but I honestly think Tim Duncan is the greatest franchise player of all time in any sport all things considered.
Now.. about that trip to Springfield on 2020.
I never thought that an athlete's retirement could actually make me feel this sad. Thanks for 19 amazing seasons, Timmy!
This is so tough man. My favorite player.
I was 12 when he started playing for the Spurs. I've graduated HS, College, gotten married, and have kids all during Tim Duncans tenure. This is going to feel really weird seeing the Spurs without him.
I hate to see him go but I feel lucky for him to have played on the team that I root for. This era will never be forgotten. 1997-2016: THE TIM DUNCAN ERA
About time tbh ....
no,
So long Timmy, thank you for everything. Enjoy retirement.
The Tim Duncan era was amazing! Spurs nation is truly lucky to have him his whole career and experience the best team and organization in all of sports. Looking forward to the hall of fame speech.
Will we get a press conference?
Greatest PF of all time. Damn you're going to be missed bad.
Thank you Timmy! Now go enjoy retirement with your kids.
Thank you #21 for 19.
So this is it. What a ride my friends.... Timmy D is the reason cause i started watching bball, he's my idol and will be forever.
Agreed. I was 16 when he was drafted. The Spurs have had either D-Rob and/or Timmy on their team since I was 8 years old. It ing sucks they're now both gone.
....even with all the signs pointing to this, I'm still ing bummed out.
I really thought he'd be back for one more.
Enjoy retirement, Timmy. Thanks for the 19 seasons. Amazing career....
Congratulations Timmy! Thanks for the memories.
