Spurs assistant coach Chip Engelland has been working with Simmons on shooting, too. He had Simmons start to shoot the ball away from his face and with a higher arc. The shooting drills have all been from mid-range, part of a plan to help Simmons make a greater impact.

Yeah, he's a nice player. He could have a long career as a 3 and D guy. All teams can use somebody like that. Bruce Lee Bowen made a nice (dirty ) career out of it
