I heard that as well but I've also heard that it was just a lie that they promised to reduce the body counts. Either way I believe Trump is committed.

I don't believe that he is committed at all. It seemed to be a rather odd play of getting the black vote by promising to clean up the inner cities( he seems to believe that most blacks live in the inner cities for some reason)
Suggesting bringing back stop and frisk is a joke. It allowed for police to racially profile and was laughably ineffective. Preventing crime by using that method doesn't work. Almost 88% of people that had been stopped and frisked from 2002-2013 weren't charged or fine and were let go (most of them blacks and Latino males.

Sure he may ultimately send a few feds to weed out some bad illegals but will that help cute the problems of crime and violence in Chicago?
