He dunked but that's not what he was about and he wasn't about the dunk culture in that he didn't stare someone down after dunking on them, showboat in any kind of way, or dunk gratuitously. The dunk contest is about the dunk culture. Admiral was the anti-thesis of that culture.

Such a difficult path to the NBA and he has improved so much it's remarkable.
A definite late bloomer. I have my own doubts he remains a Spur bc he's due to get paid and his agent needs to get him as much as he possibly can. I don't know if he's the answer post Ginobili myself but who knows? Pop will know. Just in case, just got to enjoy him right now for the Simmons fan.

LOL... right now he's looking like the best player on the USA team. We know he's not, but if this was the only game you ever watched him play? Leading USA scorer, and 2nd rebounds in less minutes. And he's passed up some shots to get other guys attempts. One I know he could have taken to the rack.
