It's really pretty simple,All Kawhai has to do is give a statement saying everything is fine.
The fact that he doesn't is telling,add in he's got a family member for an agent now which is a bad idea,most pro agents try to keep good relations with front offices because they have multiple clients and its in their interest to be on friendly terms,family members not so much,it becomes all about the $$$.
