Sure, I'm just stating that it doesn't just eliminate racist people. It also eliminates people that don't want to join the ineffective guilt trip session. Which happen to be quality employees because they just don't go with the bull flow.

quality employees that decide to quit their job over basic HR training? i cant imagine any corporate job that doesnt have HR training on a semi regular basis
Of course it's true. The victim mindset prevents growth. Racism is better than ever but people are propping it up like it's worse than ever. Continuously talking about "systemic racism" as the major factor between the races. This makes people hopeless because they believe their is major external forces working against them and will never allow them to succeed. The broad talk of "systemic" is pointless as well because your can't act on it. You have to get specific in order to create change. It's absolutely cancerous to the black community.
