It's definitely racist. People don't speak about white athletes or white people in that manner. It's usually implicit racism, but that still counts.

White athletes are by and large more eloquent. There are many socioeconomic and cultural reasons for that. A white person tends to come from a better educational background, and there's a large part of black culture that doesn't give a damn about speaking proper english. And that's ok.
Will tell you the talent for NBA players in this year's draft looked amazing. Those highlights yesterday were impressive from 1 thru 18 (from what I saw) and all the interviews showed favorably for all players too. Was very impressed.
