KIDD AND Hornacek can use their playing experience to counter lack of proven coaching experience... She has neither. Occasionally that works like with Spoelstra... But even the Miami job isn't as big as this one.

Dude, this is some guy-centric . She played too. She played in the WNBA and 4 years of college. And she has something that those guys don't have...4 years of tutelage under the best coach in the game.
