There has been about a dozen Nigerian sprinters who have ran a sub10.00 100m. That is more than all of Asia, white Europe, white America, the Middle East combined.
The problem there is lack of everything it takes to field teams. Coaching a problem.
There has also been another dozen or so world class sprinters from the Ivory Coast, Ghana, Namibia etc.
