Yeah, spot on! I was thinking about the CoJo dunk over lbaka. Both of those dunks gave the team a spark! Go DW4, and GSG!!!
It's like people didn't even watch the Spurs in 2003. Rose has to have the best dunk in Spurs history. Esp. considering the bench's reaction after it

Bill and Sean's call...
Great dunk. However watch the absolute slackerism of Denver Center. No defense whatsoever. Could have easily disrupted Whites path to the dunk.
Love the Manu dunks.
Robert Horry vs Pistons is one of the All Timers too.
My shoulder hurts thinking about that one.
Forgot about Rose on Mutombo.
Aesthetically speaking, ignoring the magnitude/importance of each dunk White's was probably still better though.
pillsbury Doughcic tbh
That fat boy was visibly winded after like 4 minutes of running up and down the court. Just lol at anybody that considers him some special, MVP-level superstar.
I’d put Horrys up there as well. In the greatest category.
Whoops. Just saw this.
@15 seconds; second bottom right corner of the screen; guy in the brown shirt![]()
A guy with some sort of disability. So hilarious! Hahahahahah
The thing that this clip forgets is the entire Spurs bench got up and finger wagged mutombo. It was priceless
He looked so white on that dunk even though he's black but his name is White. Looked like a prime White Chocolate... Jason Williams... dunking over Shaq in 2000. Lol
He is a special player especially considering his Zarko Paspalj exercise regimen at al ude. We're lucky he doesn't do any cardio.
One of the reasons I thought the Spurs had a relatively good chance in this matchup virtually all season, is because of Jokic's poor stamina (and on the flip side, Aldridge's ability to handle virtually unlimited minutes when need be). For a lone star team, he needs to be able to give them around 40 mpg, without fading, in big games and he's just not capable.
If they go on to lose this series, I'd imagine it'll be a wakeup call for him like the '13 WCF was for Gasol, after Duncan ran him ragged.
This dunk is a good omen. It seems like we do well in the playoffs when we vicious dunks in the playoffs.
Manu Dunk on Bosh - 14' Championship
Cory Joseph Dunk on Ibaka - 14' Championship
Robert Horry Stretch Out Dunk over Hamilton - 05' Championship
Malik Rose Dunk on Mutombo - 03' Championship
haha, i can dream!
ranking rose's dunk higher because of the bench reaction is like giving amare a 50 in the dunk contest because nash gave a cool soccer pass on a mediocre dunk
Thnkin' that too.
Hope White is a Spur longer than Joseph.
The thing that worked against us with CoJo was how young he was when he came out, only 19. By the time the Spurs had put all of that time in, he was still only 23, and at least one team, Toronto, was willing to throw a large-ish contract at him, in hopes of a continued development curve. I don't think he was ever going to be anything other than a bench player here, and that's probably why they didn't match.
yeh his a bench player, but he can be a starter on some teams who dont need a volume scorer, cojo is more a jack of all trades, but master of none when it comes to his skillset...
has range, can shoot, plays defense...dunno about playmaking, but as long he holds the ball and controls the pace and tempo, thats all you need from him, but at whatever price his getting paid now, isnt in the range the spurs willing to pay, but they have no problem giving mills or pau loyalty contracts for culture
