I am concerned with it. A good start would be reshaping drug laws to minimize the overall impact. Pushing toward some legalization and decriminalization. Emphasize rehab or drug testing programs. There are many approaches that would be better than the status quo. That would go a long ways on the matter. But this isn't a discussion frequently on this board. You still haven't cited the Harvard policy that calls for different admissions standards based on race. Are the articles persecuting you?
