He only asked for pfs, so thats what i listed. Bertans at pf is such a major liability and i hate putting him there.

Bertans is a defensive liability both at SF and PF.Good hustle,but defensive deficiencies when checking slashing SFs,not enough core strength to check post PFs.And elite shooting on offense.That was always his player description.

Either way he's under contract and is a SF/PF.

2 year MAX deal for Rudy with 2nd year only 2-3M guaranteed please. So basically he get his max salary year 1 + 2/3M in “year two” which ups his max for one year deal. I don’t think that one year total would be far off from what he would get if he signed a two year deal with another team since I don’t see anyone maxing him.

Since the Spurs only have Gay's Early Bird rights, isn't this about the most they could have offered him over 2 years? Of course we still have yet to hear about options and non-guaranteed money, but I would expect this to be fully guaranteed with no option, a concession for each side.

In wouldn’t be surprised if it’s fully guaranteed. However Rudy was rumored to be in the 9-12M range. So if SA gave him 1/20 functionally he easily comes out ahead next year in free agency. We will see.

Good point. I also am interested in hearing the details. I doubt we hear much about them before he actually signs the contract on July 6.
