I was actually skulking around our Wal-Mart after midnight looking for a power cord for a jambox. Fortunately for my eternal soul, they didn't have it and I Fry's ended up with my $1.99 + tax today.

I didn't save the receipt. Sorry.

I like Walmart but there aren't many in SoCal.

There is a Walmart in the Baldwin Hills Plaza but it's a 20 minute wait from the time they open the doors until they close. Freakin' sux because normally I only go in there to buy a couple of items. Everyone else is stocking up like there is a nuclear attack on the way.

All there was in Santa Barbara was a small, crappy KMart until Costco opened. We often made the 1.5 hour round trip to get to a decent Target.
