The fun is destroying yours and Brooke's world view and exposing the faux intellectualism you both embody.
Guess Brooke isn't much of a historian nor much of anything other than a , tbqh.

Multi rant
It's not ranting when I speak truth. It's called, you're in a cult and to divert from conversation is exactly what the cult wants of you. I know you read all my replies, bud, but the difference is, I'm willing to have a conversation with you, you're only willing to smear me and pretend you don't read what I have to say until...![]()

(Paying over $40,000 in interest on my $70k pickup truck to own the libs)
Whoever has the president's ear can front run dumb ideas
https://www.politico.com/news/2025/1...s-man-00645654White House officials are furious with Bill Pulte, the Federal Housing Finance Agency director, who talked the president into suggesting a 50-year mortgage plan.
The White House was blindsided by the idea, according to two people familiar with the situation granted anonymity to discuss internal thinking, and is now dealing with a furious backlash from conservative allies, business leaders and lawmakers.
On Saturday evening, Pulte arrived at President Donald Trump’s Palm Beach Golf Club with a roughly 3-by-5 posterboard in hand. A graphic of former President Franklin Roosevelt appeared below “30-year mortgage” and one of Trump below “50-year mortgage.” The headline was “Great American Presidents.”
Roughly 10 minutes later, Trump posted the image to Truth Social, according to one of the people familiar, who was with the president at the time.
Almost immediately, aides were fielding angry phone calls from those who thought the idea – which would endorse a 50 year payback period for a mortgage – was both bad politics and bad policy, a move that could raise housing costs in the long run, the person said.
“He just sold POTUS a bill of goods that wasn’t necessarily accurate,” the person said. “He said ‘FDR did it, you can do it, it’s gonna be a big thing.’ But he didn’t tell him about all the unintended consequences.”
upset there is a self-dealing grifter in the executive
TRUMP IS AWESOME FOR DOING THAT FOR AMERICANS BUT YOU'RE RE ED IF YOU TAKE THAT DEAL.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO AFFORD AN SUV WITH CASH AND YOU'RE RE ED IF YOU CAN'T.
MINIMUM WAGE POORS ARE RE ED FOR BEING POOR.
That's ing crazy! A 6 yr note is ridiculous too but more aligned with economics.
Democrats still stupid as ....![]()
You signing up for a 50 year mortgage? You're a boomer though.
Agreed. But, we already have them, in a sense. Many people sign a 30 year mortgage and, later (if interest rates are more favorable) refinance for 30 more years. Depending on how long after they initial mortgage, it could stretch out to 40-50 years.
Anyway, 15 years is the way to go. 15 Years and throwing every extra dime at the principle. Had mine paid off in just over 10 years.
Another "if I can do it everyone should be able to do it" .
You guys want all the immigrants gone, want everything made in the US but don't want to pay a fair wage so people don't have to take out a 30 or 50 year note to be able to afford the monthly payment.
You're a bunch of morons rooting for billionaires because deep down you think there's a chance somewhere maybe you might hit your lottery ticket and become one.
We did 30 yr and paid off in 7
Longer term is better (in case happens) imo as there is no penalty for paying off early. In retrospect, I have mixed feelings about paying off early. From a strictly numbers perspective, if it is better to invest that extra money rather than put it towards the mortgage (assuming a decent interest rate). On the other hand, the fiscal discipline gained from becoming debt free makes it much easier to build wealth later in life, not to mention the peace of mind that comes with living debt free.
Yeah I thought my imitation of you was spot on too
So Trump s aren't commenting on how Trump got duped into pimping these mortgages.![]()
