All dubya did was ram through the most unfair tax cuts in the nation's history, ignore the "airplanes into buildings" chatter over the summer, ignored the "learn to fly and turn an airplane, but not how to land", and went on holiday.
I bet if the Patriot Act had been in place in the 9 months before 9/11, 9/11 would have happened anyway. The $50B/year FBI/CIA/NSA people were NOT looking and listening, they were warming their ing chairs, and the PA wouldn't have made any difference.
