The comments he made about god being mad at the US were way out of line. First of all, I hate when politicians decide to preach about god. Its not their place! That speech sounded like a liberal BigZak post and its re ed. The man thinks he knows what God is thinking? Right.

And his comments about race coudln't be further out of place on MLK day! There doesn't even need to be an explanation on that.

I think he rules because he had the balls to call out the federal government and started the whole "blame game" drama.
I also like anyone who's willing to shake stuff up. I did not truely sense any real "racist" remarks in what he said, I don't think he hates whites, but like Extra Stout said (i think it was him) he's just trying to garner more votes. And every politician does this in his or her own way.

As for his god comments, I said they were stupid, but focusing on them is stupid too. People do this all the time.

I think he made a bunch of mistakes and could have done alot better handling the katrina thing and handling his situation now, but I'm not a resident of LA or New Orleans, and its not my place to call for him to step down or try to vote someone else in.

If the people of NO see this guy for his dumb actions and ineptness he will be replaced.
