Well Tim never was the most active player. He is fundamentally sound and that's what makes him great. This so-called injury hasn't hurt the spurs at all. I could see what you are saying about Manu though. He could be playing a lot better than he has as of late.

You Can Tell This Yearly Especially On Back To Back Games
Even The Announcers Commented On That
I Do Not Always Agree With Them But That Are Right In This Instance

Spurs Just Have A Deeper Team Then The 100 Million Dollar Mavs

You are full of . The one thing the spurs aren't as good as the mavs are is in depth. A bench of Devin Harris, Marquis Daniels, Jerry Stackhouse, Van Horn, and Erick Dampier is clearly better than the spurs bench.

And how many of those players have rings? I'll take the Spurs bench, if it's all the same to you. Thanks.

Alright the spurs bench is much clutch than the mavs bench. The mavs bench though will definitely carry you more throughout the game and the closers are the starters which is Terry and Dirk.

In the playoffs depth means eight deep, that's it. I'll take Horry over Dumpier or Van Pussy. I'll take a reasonably healthy Van X over Harris. Stackhouse probably over the current version of Finley. The rest are garbage time players.

Are you that ing ignorant or just so stubborn that you can't admit when people are right. If Tim didn't have his injury we probably wouldn't have sucked so bad in the previous back to backs therefore eliminating stupid loses to the Hawks, Washington and Hornets, and to add to that better performances in some of the other loses like Denver. I'm not making excuses for these loses but I am smart enough to realize that Tim at 100% makes a big difference to the teams overall performance. So for you to sit there and say that his injury hasn't hurt the Spurs is foolish.

You haven't done your homework. Devin Harris>Van Exel, Daniels or Stackhouse>Finley, Horry>Van Horn, and Dampier>Mohammad or Rasho.

As another poster said, you are comparing beer to champagne. Granted when you compare Stack, Daniels and Van Horn to Duncan and Manu, the Mavs have missed games. But you need to get a grip on reality if you are really making a case that the Mavs have been slowed more by injury.

Of The Mavs big three Dirk has missed 0, Terry 2 and Howard 8 games, and have had no lingering injuries the entire season. Otherwise, most all the Mavs injuries have been to second tier and bench support.

For the Spurs, it has been THE TWO most valuable players in last years entire NBA Playoffs, Manu and Tim who have been most hampered. Manu has missed 13 games, plus left a game with an injury early and came off the bench and/or played limited minutes to work himself back into shape 14 more games. If you can count, that is 28 games where the Spurs did not have the benifit the Manu who tore up the playoffs. And Duncan has had a very nagging PF injury effecting his mobility for over 35 games.
Yes, your is bigger. Can we move on?
